On The Menu: Maple Glazed Salmon

You'll need:
1 Salmon Filet
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Minced Garlic Cloves

Mix all ingredients (minus Salmon, of course) together.
Place Salmon in a shallow dish and pour mixture over;
let marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Once marinated, I chose to grill this.
You could also bake it with the same results
(perhaps 400 degrees, 7-10 minutes).

This was a bit sweet for our taste,
however it was good.
I think I'll try using a bit less syrup
and a tad more soy sauce next time around.

What are some of your go-to marinades??
